We understand that life can cause reasons to cancel appointments. Please let us know in as much advance notice as you can. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a 50% fee being added onto your next bill.
Deposits may be requested for certain services, including new customers booking a colour service. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be carried over to your next appointment if the correct cancellation notice is given.
If you don’t turn up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the bill, to be paid before any future appointments. Non-payment will result in not being able to rebook with any stylists at DU&CO.
You will be required to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour appointment for customers having a colour with us for the first time, or those who haven’t had a colour at our salon within 6 months. Please ensure this is disclosed when booking because we will not, under any circumstances, carry out a colour appointment without a patch test.

We have carefully selected products that we are proud to recommend. We choose the products to use during your appointment based on your hair’s needs and have a wide range available to buy so that your can continue with the salon quality at home.
